Rooted Wellness Center

Location

All virtual sessions are held securely online through a HIPAA-compliant video platform.

Walk & talk sessions take place outdoors at a peaceful location in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Hours

Tuesday 1pm-7pm

Wednesday 1pm-7pm

Thursday 1pm-7pm

Friday 12pm-6pm

One of the gifts of virtual therapy is flexibility. If you ever need to meet outside of these hours, reach out- I’ll do my best to find a time that works for us both :)
